• Mreduce the friction between our feet and boots to prevent blisters.
• AThey provide an extra layer of shock absorption that you create during the hike.
• Na protect our boots from the moisture of our feet that you create in the
inside and in combination with the shoe membrane to absorb moisture on their outer surface.
• Na help our feet to keep their thermal balance with insulating materials and at the same time leave the
